Tasha manages communications for Virginia, as well as for the Land & Community program area and the Environmental Justice Initiative. Her work includes water and energy issues in Virginia and collaborations with the digital team and attorneys on developing advocacy campaigns, social media content, and press releases.
A Virginia native, Tasha likes working at SELC because she believes many solutions to national problems (and not just environmental ones) start in the South.
One of her favorite southern cities is Charleston, South Carolina. She admires that both the beautiful and ugly parts of the city’s rich history are on full display — and she enjoys the area’s scenic beaches, too.
