Assistant to the Virginia Office Director & General Counsel

Amy helps SELC’s Virginia Office Director and General Counsel perform their duties more efficiently and productively, and also assists other departments as needed. She is the Virginia lobbying coordinator, University of Virginia intern coordinator, and works closely with the Development team on matters related to the Virginia office. She is passionate about working for an organization in the service of the greater good that actually makes a difference for people’s health and the environment.

Born in Heidelberg, Germany, Amy grew up in Great Falls, Va. Her family began vacationing on Hilton Head Island, S.C. when she was a small child, and that remains one of her favorite vacation places because of the connection to the ocean, wildlife and sandy beaches — and her childhood memories.
