Javier helps SELC staff in the Chapel Hill office and across western North Carolina get the most out of their computers, providing tech support and training. He is also a network administrator. He is motivated by supporting the work of the best legal professionals fighting for cleaner air, water, and soil in the southeastern United States.
Born and raised in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Javier now lives in Hillsborough, North Carolina. He enjoys driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway, especially the view near Blowing Rock.
